Fetchr - Pickup & Delivery App Reviews

The app is not opening and it is crashing every time we try to use it A very bad experience

This is my first time writing a review in my 8 years of owning Apple devices. Fetchr is SO BAD beyond anything you can imagine that I dont even know where to start with. First I got SMS that says "no need to call" and to schedule package delivery online by inputting the address, delivery date and time. The only choice was 9AM-6PM so I couldnt go out the next day waiting at home whole day. I didnt receive the package that day so I called and they said I was suppose to call them even though "their own SMS says dont call!" So I scheduled for the next day delivery and again waited whole day 9AM-6PM. They didnt show up and when I called the customer support they said the courier had called which is a complete lie. The next day courier again didnt show up to deliver even though the system says they brought out the package to deliver. By now the shop I had bought the product is calling Fetchr too and being promised delivery the next day. Repeat this 6 days and I still dont have the package!!!!! I have wasted WHOLE WEEK waiting at home for delivery and they still havent deliver!!!! They are so incompetent that I dont know how they can stay in business. Not only they are incompetent but their people totally lie to your face saying they have called me multiple times when they have not called even a single time. STAY AWAY FROM FETCHR.

Wow what an idea! Finally something so innovative in the Middle East! Highly recommend this for anyone whos looking for efficient fun shipping!

I have had 3 deliveries messed up with them. Drivers and supervisors dont read the notes at all. 1st delivery sent at wrong time. 2nd delivery, driver clicked on wrong customer name, and if i hadnt followed up, package would be delayed 2 days. 3rd delivery still hasnt reached the customer yet. I would understand that the delivery gets messed up , 1 st time but for 3 consecutive times.... They are definitely not reliable. Fetch promises a follow up notification of the customer recieving their package , out of 3 deliveries, only 1 message recieved. Each fetcher representative gives you a different story, when asking to follow up on your order. Dont use their services .

I scheduled a pickup for yesterday between 3-5pm, delivery to me this morning of a time-sensitive item. When I typed the name of the pickup location into the app, it recognized it and offered me a choice of locations. I chose the correct one, however, the app then converted it to coordinates and the driver had no name, only a large, well populated building and I was in meetings, unable to answer his calls. Frankly, he shouldnt have had to call, the app should have taken the name it automatically offered me and included it in the pickup order. I now have to drop everything and take an hour out of my morning to go pick this up, as their call centre was not able to schedule pickup and delivery for this morning, suggested I use the app again to schedule a new pickup. Yeah, not! #BigFailFetchR!!!

Wanted to try and support a local cool innovative startup. Unfortunately, have used in two separate occasions and been very disappointed both times. Most recently, reason my package wasnt picked up was because the "system was down for an hour and couldnt get info from app". Had to call to figure out why the pickup driver never showed up a scheduled time. Again cool concept, but the level of execution and reliability is just not acceptable, especially when delivering time sensitive documents. Would not recommend- stick with fedex.

Have had 4 Fetchr deliveries scheduled, 2 Glambox subscriptions and 2 pickups and drop offs to from the tailor to my apartment and all arrived without a hitch. Makes my life so much easier. For 30 AED they literally pick whatever I want from anywhere in Dubai and magically it arrives at my door without having to talk to anyone. Thankful for no more annoying phone calls while Im at work asking me where I live. Definitely recommend it.

I received two SMS today from Fetchr: - 1st one says that they tried to call me to schedule the delivery ->I did not receive any call from them - I quote the 2nd. one: "Hi {{ sreceiver_name }}. We have a delivery for you from Home Gift Box. Its a {{ package_comment }}! If you want your package, tap here: http://HIDDEN. No phone calls required! Tracking number #HIDDEN" Except the word HIDDEN, the rest is the original content. These guys have a serious problem executing simple things. After reading other reviews here, I am sure that this is just the beginning of my problems with this delivery...
