Fetchr - Pickup & Delivery App Reviews

No use to fill the details of the delivery location. The driver will still call you for you to spend a long time to explain the location. If the driver who is suppose to deliver the item has no access to the app details, so why losing our time filling it in the app? Waste of time.

Heard a lot about the success story of Fetchr. And gave it a try. You guys did great and Ill be using it in the future. Proud of you. Id recommend ability to add amendments to orders (I wanted to add some missing info but couldnt.). Id also think it necessary to be able to attach picture of my invoice where they could show at pickup. But great first go and best of success for the future.

Dont you guys ever use their app , the cheat and use "zajil" for delivery and its the worst company ..

Had 2 transactions with Fetchr this week. This was probably the most stressful process Ive been through this year.

Worst service provider using an app to make things look good but in reality its very bad. Definitely deleting and never using them.

Tried it today , excellent service, picked up & delivered on time.

Im not sure why you cant type in a delivery address. I wanted to schedule a delivery to my home but I was at work while I did it and the automatic GPS locator set my delivery address to my work so I missed my delivery. Better just to call the phone number.

It a great application which helped me in getting an important shipment related to my family. All done in an excellent time. Thanks fetchr

Great app! Very easy to use and super practical. I could see the driver approaching and he didn’t have to call me 15 times to find my location. A big change compared to what we’re used to in Dubai!

This app is very intuitive and easy to use. Needed such a service in town!

It is so good and perfect

Absolutely fantastic. Finally managed to get a package delivered without having to spend 20 minutes in the phone explaining where I am. Driver arrived on time and without hassle. Super easy to use. Highly recommend.

I have deleted the app after 20min of installing it ... I spent the 20 minutes talking to ur support by phone trying to figure out how I can ... In ur words :"Tell us what you need delivered, where to pick it up and where it’s going." Statement taken from your "How it works page" It turns out you can only pick up from my home address ... So I couldnt enter another pickup address. So ur statement is false ... I spoke to your help twice and they suggested I ask my friend to install the app at the other address where my stuff is and to initiate the request and pay for it. So I guess there is no need to have ur app if I am asking my friend to use it. So after installing Fetchr for 20 min I have now deleted it Disappointing experience

The app crashes on launch, Im running iOS 9. Ill update my review as soon as they update their app.
